Access Google Play:
Press the Google Play button at the bottom of your remote control.
Sign Into Google:
If you are not already signed in, enter your Gmail credentials.
If you’re signed in with a Cable Bahamas Gmail account, we recommend switching to your personal Gmail account.
Navigate to Updates:
Go to the top right corner of the screen and select your Gmail profile icon.
Choose “Manage apps and games”.
Select the “Updates” tab.
Update the ALIVFibr TV App:
Find the ALIVFibr TV app and click Update.
Turn On Auto-Updates (Recommended):
Go to Settings in the same menu.
Select Auto Update Apps.
Make sure “Auto Update Apps” is enabled for future updates.
Launch the Updated App:
Once the update is complete, select Open.
You’ll be prompted to “Choose your user”.
Select the option with your account number and the character wearing a red baseball cap.
