It consists of three distinct basic package options, each featuring a unique mix of genre-specific channels such as sports, news, entertainment, and lifestyle content. This approach provides a more personalized and tailored TV experience. All three new ALIV Fibr TV plans options are priced equally at $38, offering customers more choice without added cost effective September 2025.

Yes, ALIV Fibr TV packages are fully optimized for modern streaming needs. They provide full IPTV services, mobile device access, and seamless integration with streaming apps through a single sign-on using your ALIV Fibr TV account, making it easy to enjoy your favorite content across multiple platforms.
Please note that we have revamped our TV plans from our legacy plans for an improved and tailored customer experience. However, please see our legacy TV plans here.
If you are currently subscribed to ALIV Fibr PrimeTV or ALIV Fibr PRO TV, you are not required to switch to the new ALIV Fibr TV plans at this time. However, if you’re interested in exploring the new plans, feel free to contact our customer support team for assistance with making the switch.
At this time, REVTV customers are not eligible to subscribe to the new ALIV Fibr TV plans. To become eligible, REVTV customers must first migrate to the ALIV Fibr platform.
These packages are primarily available to new customers signing up for/migrating over to ALIVFibr TV services however existing customers are welcome to opt in the new ALIV Fibr TV plans if they choose.
Existing ALIV Fibr customers are welcome to opt in to the new ALIV Fibr TV packages if they choose. However, please note that once you switch to the new ALIV Fibr TV plans, you will not be able to revert to the legacy TV packages (e.g., PrimeTV or PROTV). This change is permanent, so we recommend reviewing the new package options carefully before making the switch.
Each of the new ALIV Fibr TV plans is priced at $38, offering competitive pricing for the tailored channel lineups to suit different preferences.

Yes, you can customize your package by adding premium a-la-carte channels or TV tiers. The
available TV tiers include:
• Entertainment+ – Movies & entertainment content
• Essence+ – Lifestyle content
• SportsZone – Sports content
• Family+ – Family-oriented content
Each tier is priced at $12. Customers can choose any two tiers for $18.
Subscribers to the new ALIV Fibr TV plans will also continue to have access to the existing a-la- carte channel options, HBO packages, SportsX, and seasonal sports plans, where applicable.
Please note: Bundling discounts do not apply to a-la-carte channels, HBO packages, SportsX, or
seasonal sports plans.

No, there are no fees for switching between the new ALIV Fibr TV plans. However, switching may result in a change to your billing, with updates typically taking effect at the start of your next billing cycle
