technicians should be able to access outside cable connection points; please keep any pathways clear.
any TVs, laptops or computers you want hooked up are in your home at the time of installation.
while we love pets, please keep them secured while we install your services.
our quick video guide walks you through what to expect on installation day, ensuring you’re fully prepared for the arrival of our technicians. we will send you a text message and voice call as a reminder the morning of your installation. your technician will come to your door and introduce themself. you’ll get a walkthrough of what your technician will do and the access they need. your appointment can take approximately three to five hours, depending on the complexity of the job.
