We will always email your monthly ALIVFibr bill from customerservice@alivfibr.com on the 1st of each month. To ensure you receive our communications, please add this address to your trusted contacts.

You can also view your ALIVFibr bill whenever you want in the myALIV app.

Steps to view your ALIVFibr bill in the myALIV:

  1. Download the free myALIV App from your preferred app store, whether it’s the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.

  2. Log in using your ALIVFibr username. Unsure of your username? Call 606-2201 for assistance. If this is your first time accessing your account through the app, you’ll need to reset your password using the provided username.

  3. Your services and current bill cycle will be displayed on your dashboard.

  4. To see your past bills, select the menu on the top left and click “Bill History.”

how can i make a payment within the app?

  • After logging in, you’ll see your current charges, any amounts paid, and any past-due amounts.

  • Click “Pay Now” to proceed to the payment screen.

  • You can choose to pay the full amount or enter a specific amount.

  • Payment options include:

    • Entering your credit card details

    • Using a stored credit card on file

    • Setting up automatic payment deductions by entering your banking details

Once you’ve selected your preferred payment method and entered the necessary details, click “Pay Now.”

You will receive a confirmation email once your payment has been successfully processed.

how can i pay via bank transfer?

To pay your ALIVFibr bill via bank transfer, there are two options:

  1. Set up automatic deductions from your preferred bank account directly within the app.

  2. Or by logging into your bank’s app or online portal to complete the transfer.

Disclaimer: Online Payments from the following banks are processed within 24-48 hours. Please ensure you have the following entered Customer Name and ALIVFibr Account.

  • Phone Payments: Dial into the IVR at 606-2201 or simply call 611 from your Aliv mobile device for easy payment.

  1. Quick Start:
    Start by opening the Alivfibr app on your device.
    Enter your username in the provided field.
    Tap on the Forget password option to initiate the reset process.

  2. Verification and Reset Link:
    Re-enter your username and select “Reset password”.
    A message stating, Password reset process has started. You will receive an email with further instructions, will appear.
    Check your email for a password reset link and select it.

  3. Temporary Password and Verification:
    Upon clicking the reset link, you’ll see a verification screen. Click the Verify button.
    A temporary password will be sent to your email address.
    Return to the app, enter your username and the temporary password, then click Login.

  4. Security Code:
    After logging in, you’ll receive a 4-digit code via email. Enter this code in the app.
    If needed, use the Resend code option to get a new code

  5. Set New Password:
    Follow prompts to the change password screen.
    Enter your new password, confirm it, and press Change password to finalize.
